JEWISH HOLIDAY
My friend Josh is dating a girl from Cincinnati. He recently went down there with her for the Jewish holiday of Passover. He had met her mother, but not yet her father. I told him that Passover seemed like an awkward time to meet her father for the first time, but he did not seem too worried about it. Her father is an attorney that focuses on Cincinnati Chapter 13 bankruptcy laws. I guess Josh went over really well with Diana’s whole family. Her grandmother absolutely fell in love with him. She thought he was the nicest, sweetest guy that she had ever met. I guess her dad also liked Josh. Her dad was originally from New York, as is Josh’s father, so they had a lot to talk about New York sports. Josh was really glad that it went so well, because he really does like Diana. Josh never really had any long relationships with girls while we were in college, mostly because he did not want one. So this was kind of uncharted territory for him, and he was relieved that it went as well as it did. It is nice to see him happy in a relationship and settled down a bit.
